Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because we produce to order, we do not offer returns.
However, we do allow size exchanges if:
- The product is unworn and in original condition
- Your requested size is available (or we can add it to the next production batch)

If we ever make a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, quality issue) — we’ll make it right.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What sizing do you use?

Each product has a detailed size guide on its page.
For footwear, we recommend comparing your best-fitting shoe to our outsole and insole measurements.

Where are your products made?

We work with small-batch factories chosen for craftsmanship, material knowledge, and ethical labor standards.
Quality > volume.

How do your pre-orders work?

When a product is specified as "pre-order" in it's product description, we open orders for a limited window. Once the window closes, production begins and new orders are no longer accepted for that product.

This ensures:
No waste
No overproduction
Everyone gets the size they need

Lead times vary based on the item, but each product page will show an estimated delivery timeline.

How long is production?

Typically 5–10 weeks, depending on the product and material sourcing.
We’ll send periodic updates as orders progress through manufacturing and quality checks. Our goal is always to get product into our customers hands as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

As soon as production is complete and items pass quality inspection, your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our facility.
